MATC Matters

The GroupWise to Outlook Exchange migration is moving right along. Here’s the latest update:

–We’re progressing alphabetically by User ID. We have completed migrations through “S” and are working on the remaining alphabet and retirees.

–Don’t forget…the GroupWise to Exchange migration team is holding Outlook drop-in sessions in room 220A at the Truax campus. On Tuesdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to
1 p.m. migration team members will be available to answer Outlook questions or help you work through how to use Outlook more efficiently. Computers are available in the room so this can be a hands-on
session. The Tuesday and Wednesday sessions will run through the end of July.

–Also, the GroupWise to Exchange migration team will be holding Outlook Web Access (OWA) drop-in sessions at the Truax campus in Room 220A. On Tuesdays from 10–11 a.m. and Wednesdays from 2–3 p.m. migration team members will be available to answer OWA questions or help you work through how to use OWA more efficiently. Computers are available in the room so this can be a hands-on session. The Tuesday and Wednesday sessions will run through the end of July.
