Does Your Computer Need to be Refreshed?

We’re close to completing the PC Refresh for faculty and staff and would like to make sure all of the computers scheduled for this refresh have been replaced. 

Here are the models that need to be refreshed (you can find this information on your computer tower):
• Compaq Evo D510 CMT
• HP Compaq dc7100
• HP d530 CMT
• HP dx5150 MT

If you have one of these computers and have not yet replaced it, please contact the Help Desk at extension 6666 to have this done as soon as possible.

 We’ll need the following information to perform the refresh:
• Your name
• Your contact information (phone, email at MATC)
• Room number where the machine is located
• The Property Asset Tag ID# from the sticker on your PC
• List special software that needs to be added to your new machine (more detailed instructions will be provided when you receive your refresh worksheet)

Please remember this request is for staff and faculty machines only at this time. The labs and general access areas are being managed on a separate project over summer break. If your machine has already been refreshed, no response is necessary.
