MATC Matters

An access change has been made to all PeopleSoft Student Administration System full- and part-time faculty accounts to ensure appropriate access to student data and to provide consistent security access based on role/job.

Access to student data, class and grade rosters is now exclusively available through the Faculty Center. The Faculty Center allows instructors to query and print class rosters only for classes to which the instructor is assigned.

We apologize that this change was implemented without prior notification and for any inconvenience this change has caused. We understand that some faculty (i.e. Faculty Directors) may require additional access. A process to ensure additional access when required will be finalized early next week.
